A New Decade of Clay: 2010
Juror Richard Shaw has accepted my figural teapot “Shy” to A New Decade of Clay: 2010, an exhibition co-sponsored by Clay Times, Sierra Nevada College, and Northstar-at-Tahoe, awarding it an honorable mention. The show will run September 18 through October 16, 2010.
Body and Soul Exhibition at Baltimore Clayworks
My figural teapots “Ceramics Technician” and “BFA” have been accepted by juror Arthur Gonzalez to Body and Soul, an exhibition of figural ceramics at Baltimore Clayworks running October 2 through November 13, 2010.
Beyond Disney review in “Art Papers”
My review of John Raulerson and Daniel Kariko’s exhibition Beyond Disney: Florida’s Last Cash Crop, which ran April 15 through July 5, 2010 at the Museum of Florida History, will appear in the September issue of Art Papers.
2010 Marge Brown Kalodner Graduate Student Show
My figural teapot “Actualy, I’m Korean” has been accepted to the 2010 Marge Brown Kalodner Graduate Student Show at The Clay Studio in Philadelphia, PA. The exhibition runs from July 2 through August 1, 2010.
